This XLPower 8mm Tail belt Upgrade Kit features a 16T tail pulley, which increases (speeds up) the tail ratio of the Specter 700 model. Pilots who purchased the world champion kit, or those that upgraded to the “V3” style tail on their own, can update to the 8mm kit with either XLP70T26, or XLP70T26-1 depending on their tail ratio preference.

V3 tail upgrades include a separate tail shaft collar, to allow for easy removal of the tail pulley from the tail shaft, as well as the tail support pulley that fits DIRECTLY over the tail pulley/belt.

The larger belt has been found to offer increased durability under extreme circumstances such as aggressive 3D flight, or severe temperature changes with the weather.
