Foundationally, the Protos 700 Max V2 is a new design focused on providing extremely low maintenance, while at the same time providing a unique and reliable flight experience. Double belt systems, automatic tail belt tensioning, large rear tail pulley, single piece landing gear, dedicated battery trays, full aluminum rotor head, high tail ratio, and a large one way system provide the key foundations to build a helicopter that is like no other.

Aesthetically, the sleek Evo canopy is focused on both aerodynamics and functionality. Mounting is simplistic and easy thanks to four large canopy magnets in the front and rear. The larger streamlined design aids in visibility and confidence, thanks to the larger canvas that holds more colors. Flight dynamics are improved due to the overall shape blending from front to rear. The carbon fiber boom is a unique design that provides lightweight, and strength into one. Without the need for boom supports, not only does this further enhance design by reduced weight and drag, but provides one less part to break in the event of a crash.
